Our Community Work
Online Classes
While normal classes are suspended, we are delivering three classes a week online to older people through Zoom.
The online sessions include 60 minutes of Creative Dance & Exercise followed by social time and are now more vital than ever as a way of bringing people together and keeping moving.
Classes take place on Tuesdays at 10.30 am/1.15 pm, and Wednesdays at 1 pm.

Participants say:
“I feel so much more alive after a session”
“The highlight of my week”
“Lifts my spirits”
