Our Community Work
While normal classes are suspended, we are delivering three classes a week online to older people through Zoom.
The online sessions include 60 minutes of Creative Dance & Exercise followed by social time and are now more vital than ever as a way of bringing people together and keeping moving.
Classes take place on Tuesdays at 10.30 am/1.15 pm, and Wednesdays at 1 pm.
“I feel so much more alive after a session”
“The highlight of my week”
“Lifts my spirits”
Our monthly newsletter, ‘Happy and Healthy at Home’, outlines local creative events, opportunities, and ideas from across Oxfordshire, to keep people connected, moving, and busy at home. If you would like to receive this newsletter, sign up by using our contact form.
